About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to candidates to discuss job opportunities, answer questions, and schedule interviews
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from candidates, providing timely and accurate information about job openings and application status
- Update candidate records and track interactions in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide support with candidate sourcing and screening
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Meet or exceed monthly call and recruitment targets
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR team
Nice to Have:
- Experience with recruitment software and tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)

Requirements
2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite/ Diary and pen to maintain data
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Reliable internet connection and computer/laptope / 5g smart phone.
